Mother’s Day is an occasion when individuals express their love and respect that they have for their mother. A celebration of motherhood. Here in Philippines, it is usually celebrated every second Sunday of May. Mothers’ Day is the best time to say in words how much you love and care for your mum. Remember that our mom is the greatest gift that one can ever receive in a lifetime. Mother’s Day gives you the opportunity to show all your heartfelt love for the person you perhaps care more than any one else in this world. A nice way to make your mom feel precious is to send her some sweets with bunch of flowers. You can also celebrate Mom with a gift based on her hobbies or interests.

I knew one mommy blogger who loves to eat lollies and rum balls made of chocolate. Since I can’t meet her personally, I planned to send some pictures of rum balls to her with my own composition poem.

Well, to my own mother, I planned to send her personalized t-shirt with “Happy Mother’s Day” print on it. I made its design on my own. Of course..with my huge hugs too… I love my mom! And this is my one way to show my love and thanks for her.
