I have never celebrated Christmas with my whole family for three years since I moved to Cebu City. The first Christmas I spent without them was so boring. I and my older brother, Clint, just slept all night at our apartment after we ate our dinner at the church’s celebration. Then on the following year, I was with my sister-in-law’s family. It was my very first time to celebrate Christmas with a different family. And the funny experience during that time was I didn’t expect they will be having an exchange gifts. I was so embarrassed that I have nothing to give to them back but I received many gifts from them. Then on the third or just last year, my parents and my younger sister went to Cebu to celebrate Christmas with us. But then we’re still not complete.

Now that I’m back here in Davao, hopefully we can celebrate Christmas together…as complete. But it comes to my mind how we would celebrate it this year. I was able to search on Mum’s Holiday Guide awhile ago.  There, I found large holiday homes to rent around the world at an affordable price. So I think it would be great if we’re gonna spend our Christmas to a very special place like Orlando theme parks. And it wouldn’t be a hassle for us to travel because we can take advantage of cheap flights from American Airlines or EasyJet or even offers from Travelocity.co.uk.

I just hope we can save enough budget for this Christmas celebration. I know we’ll truly enjoy this vacation.
